Sally brings with her a wealth experience in both marketing and events, especially specific to investment into the African continent.

Originally from the UK, Sally achieved an honours degree in psychology (BCS (Hons)) and then embarked on a career in media sales working for and running a number of local newspapers and magazines. After moving to South Africa in 2009, Sally began gaining deep knowledge in Africa whilst working for Africa Investor, a company dedicated to showcasing Africa and raising Africa’s profile as an investment destination. Working alongside the likes of the African Development Bank, the World Bank and the New York Stock Exchange, Sally travelled to numerous destinations around the world showcasing Africa through very high level summits and events.

Since leaving Africa Investor, Sally worked on numerous African events, including the Africa Energy Indaba, Infrastructure Africa and the Manufacturing Indaba, as well as working with a number political and economic experts to produce high level business breakfasts.

Sally is responsible for handling all media enquiries, sponsorships and marketing for Garuda Capital.
